My Bio

As Clinic Manager, I help clients feel supported and cared for from their first point of contact, creating a seamless and compassionate experience that makes accessing therapy clear and stress-free. With a background in psychology, education, and project management, I bring a warm and organized approach to ensuring every aspect of care at Into the Deep Therapy runs smoothly and feels human.

My path into mental-health care grew out of a long-standing interest in how people thrive within families, schools, and systems. I’ve worked in hospitals, private practice, and elementary schools with individuals across the lifespan, including folks who are neurodivergent and those living with traumatic brain injury. At New York University, I studied temperament-based interventions and the ways parent–teacher and student–teacher relationships shape long-term academic success.

At Into the Deep Therapy, I focus on making care accessible and seamless—supporting intake and scheduling, building clear systems, and helping clients navigate services they may be eligible for. I bring a warm, family-centred lens to coordination and quality, so the administrative side of therapy feels straightforward and supportive.

“We do not heal in isolation, but in community.”
