Welcome To Into the Deep Therapy
We work with individuals and couples who want to live with greater self-awareness and honesty — people who are ready to understand not just what hurts, but why. Therapy offers a space to slow down, name what’s been difficult to face, and reconnect with your own sense of direction.
Our work brings together compassion, insight, and the courage to look closely, helping you move from confusion toward clarity, and from coping toward genuine change.
Sessions are offered in person in Toronto and online across Ontario. To begin, book a free 30-minute consultation.
“Let everything happen to you
Beauty and terror
Just keep going
No feeling is final.”
— Rainer Maria Rilke
Are You Struggling With...
Feeling anxious, stuck, or overwhelmed by recurring thoughts or emotions?
Conflict or disconnection in your relationships?
Self-criticism, perfectionism, or people-pleasing that leaves you drained?
A loss of meaning, motivation, or creative spark?
Therapy helps bring these hidden layers into focus. Together, we uncover what’s been shaping your inner life — early roles, internalized stories, unconscious loyalties — and begin to shift what no longer fits. The goal isn’t perfection, but a more grounded, truthful relationship with yourself and the people around you.

About Into the Deep Therapy
Into the Deep Therapy grew from a belief that healing deepens through honesty, reflection, and relationship.
Our team brings together clinicians from diverse backgrounds — psychodynamic, humanistic, and mindfulness-based — united by a shared commitment to curiosity and respect for the unconscious.
We see therapy as both a discipline and an art: a place where psychology, philosophy, and lived experience meet to illuminate what it means to be human. We welcome diversity of all kinds, and prize inclusivity of abilities, races, cultures, sexualities, genders, religions, ages, body sizes, and political values. If our approach resonates, we invite you to connect and begin your journey inward.

“If you have come here to help me, you are wasting your time.
But if you have come because your liberation is bound up with mine, then let us work together.”
— Aboriginal Activist Group, Queensland, 1970s
The land on which we practice has been home to human activity for over 13,000 years. This territory belongs to the Mississaugas of the Credit, the Anishnabeg, the Chippewa, the Haudenosaunee, and the Wendat peoples. Toronto continues to be home to many Indigenous Peoples from across Turtle Island.
We acknowledge the lasting impact of colonization and the residential school system and uphold the Calls to Action of the Truth and Reconciliation Commission. In the spirit of tangible allyship, 5 per cent of our profits are directed to Anishnawbe Health Toronto, supporting Indigenous-led healing and community well-being.
